3、成孔剂对烧结微孔砖性能的影响*

摘要:选用酒糟壳、秸秆、陈化米和聚苯乙烯颗粒作为烧结微孔砖的成孔剂,研究了四种成孔剂的热解特性及其对烧结微孔制品物理性能的影响,研究了成孔剂形态对制品抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:四种成孔剂具有挥发分含量均较高,着火点低,易于燃烧和燃尽;秸秆掺量不超过5 %时,试件各项性能较好;四种成孔剂抗冻性能优劣依次为:聚苯乙烯颗粒>陈化米>酒糟壳>秸秆。

Influence of pore-forming agents on the properties of fired perforated brick

AbstractThe paper analyzes the influence of distiller’s grains, straw, aging rice and polystyrenePSas pore-forming agents on the physical properties and frost resistance of fired perforated brick. It shows that four kinds of pore forming agents have higher volatile content and low ignition point, are easy to burn and burn out; when straw content is not more than 5%, the brick has better performance; The order of good frost resistance is polystyrene particles, aging rice, distiller’s grains and straw.

4不同减水剂对钛石膏性能影响及作用机理研究

摘要:采用木钙、萘系和聚羧酸盐系三类减水剂对炒制钛石膏进行化学改性,研究不同减水剂对炒制钛石膏物理性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着三类减水剂的掺入,钛石膏的标稠用水量、凝结时间、力学强度均发生不同程度变化,其中萘系减水剂对炒制钛石膏的改性效果最佳,且萘系减水剂最佳掺量为3 %,此时试样的2 h抗折、抗压强度分别为1.15 MPa2.37 MPa,绝干抗折、绝干抗压强度分别为2.56 MPa3.36 MPa。采用SEM对炒制钛石膏水化产物进行微观结构分析,并分析减水剂作用机理。

9、新型轻质玻化微珠墙体保温板的性能研究

摘要:玻化微珠是一种具有质轻、保温、隔热、防火和耐久性好等诸多优点的新型无机轻质骨料。以玻化微珠为轻质骨料,108胶和水泥为胶粘剂,掺加适量的粉煤灰、纤维及防水剂,经模压成型制备玻化微珠墙体保温板。通过正交试验进行试验配比优化,同时研究成型压力、水泥掺量、粉煤灰取代量和纤维掺量对玻化微珠保温板性能的影响;通过SEM扫描电镜对玻化微珠保温板进行内部微观形貌观察,研究界面结合情况以及断面微观形貌,并探讨相关作用机理。试验最终得出玻化微珠保温板最佳工艺参数为:成型压力0.78 MPa、水泥掺量60 %、粉煤灰取代量20 %、纤维掺量1.0 %

Study on the performance of new lightweight glazed hollow beads wall thermal insulation board

Abstract Glazed hollow beads is a new inorganic lightweight aggregate which has many advantages such as light weight, thermal insulation, fireproof and good durability. Glazed hollow beads as lightweight aggregate, 108 plastic and cement as adhesive, and fly ash, fibers and waterproofing agent as additives, a kind of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation board is moulded. The optimal parameters of the glazed hollow beads thermal board are determined by orthogonal test.

10、砌体弹性模量影响因素的分析及其计算式的拟合

摘要:通过对相关实验结果分析得出的砌体弹性模量计算式和推导出的砌体弹性模量计算式计算出的弹性模量值与规范值进行对比,并进行了精确度的比较以及分析砌体弹性模量的主要影响因素。同时在已有数据的基础上通过运用数据分析软件Origin8.0对这些常用的砌体弹性模量值进行拟合,得出了精确度极高的砌体弹性模量的计算式以及比较直观的砌体弹性模量三维图形。
